First, What are business plans? Business Plans are ways to create a basis for your business. A Business Plan is a layout of goals, aspirations, your WHY, research, and so much more to propel your business forward.
Why do you need one? If you do not PLAN your Business, how do you expect to succeed?Business Plans are great to know what you are going to do for your marketing, customer base, potentials, etc. It is also a great way to know what your goals are and WHY you started in the first place. Get your business on the right track from the beginning!
Finally, How do you make a Business Plan? This is tricky yet so easy. When you can answer these questions, you will have a basic business plan:
1. Know your niche market. Who are you geared towards in your business? This way you know where your audience is coming from.
2. Check out your Competition. Look at their Products, Marketing, Content, Audience.
3. Know your WHY! Create a Mission Statement for you and your business.
4. Work on your Vision for your business and your goals! What do you SEE for your business. What are your GOALS for your business.
5. What are your Products? What are the Basic Key Staple Products? What marketing would work best for your
6. How many hours are you going to put in? What will your hours be?
7. Do you need a staff? How many will you need?
8. How excited for this are you?
