So I just finished my first session with Rachel and she was amazing! Our session was a lot packed into one: addiction, recovery, anxiety, grief, and depression. I learned so much from this session and she had so much perspective on things that I hadn’t even thought of. Such as foods that can affect your anxiety and essential oils to help.
