In late 2017, I realized my calling. I wanted to help others that weren't family. I was studying topics such as Anxiety, Depression, Addiction & Recovery, Couples Relationships, Family Relationships, and so much more. While working retail, I was in charge of working with my staff to build attainable goals and helping them to achieve them. So, I wanted to do that in a more realistic setting. I love planning and goal setting. So, I created this business, Coastal Waters Life & Career Coaching, to help people be free to be themselves as well as succeed in life. I created a totally at home way to communicate and feel safe and comfortable to dive deep into issues without the hassle and scary notion of having to go into an office.
